The owner Rusty is super nice very professional. The 2 men Bruce being one of them, who installed my French Doors were very very good, they made sure everything was done exactly the right way. They were also very nice, professional and very neat hardly any mess. They both are great at what they do. Sorry to say the office staff not so good.
Very unprofessional company. Tried to install a impact resistant glass door without obtaining the required permit (legal requirement but especially if I wanted to have a wind mitigation inspection to get a discount on homeowner insurance,, a must).Then said it would cost me an extra $480 to get the $70 permit. Unbelievable experience with them.... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
