Rueben installed our pool in 2018. He was 3 months late installing the pool. He did not use his own crew he would find employees from other companies to work weekends for him. The pool is a disaster and would not recommend All Pro Pools. After my nightmare and as I began my legal process I found negative reviews on him. Somehow those seem to have disappeared. Rueben is the man with an excuse and never a solution.
I really liked Ruben and his team. They were very professional and our pool came out amazing.. and even after our pool was done he still answers our call about questions for the pool.. over all they did above and beyond for our family thank you to Ruben and his team.. I definatly would recommend them!!!
I am very happy to give All Pro Custom Pools a 5 star rating. My 10 year old pool was deteriorating pebble by pebble. (The original pool builders did not do a very good job.) Everyone on Reuben's team was respectful and professional. I would recommend All Pro Custom Pools to anyone!
I’m happy to give Pro Pool 5 stars Rubin and his guys was very professional. My wife and I are totally satisfied, we have a very large pool and after 17 years it need to be replastered They found addition damages and fix them right away. When Rubin quote you a price he will stick to that price even if he has to do additional work. Sidney and Penny
