Because of this company my husband and I our business is suffering. We purchased a walk-in freezer from them. They sent us a very cheap refrigeration ystem that has been estimated to cost under $4k but they charged us over $12k. The system has been having issues since installation 6 months ago. I hardly give a bad review about businesses but I think All pro coolers needs to be held accountable for their bad business and the ways they are destroying other businesses. This company charged me over $38k for a walk-in freezer, and in 5 months after installation, the system continues to fail. I have had 4 repair visits costing me approx. $3k. Avoiding All pro cookers is equivalent to avoiding an early death for your business. We have an ongoing issue with All pro coolers. What they did to us is sold us a cheap generic refrigeration system costing less than $4k but was sold to us for over $12k. The condenser has 5HP and they matched is with a 26,000 total BTU. The recommended btu sizing is between ~45,000 -50,000 btu. So my system was way mismatched. Countless of technician visits did not solve the problem. Between the brand new very large walk-in cooler for my Flower Shop and the cost of having it installed by their preferred technician, I spent over $45,000 for a cooler that started breaking down in the first month. It is now six in the cooler does not work at all. I have had at least 15 visits by technicians in the past six months. The technician blames the manufacturer. The manufacturer blames the technician. Sub contractors beware—this crew will have you trying to hunt your money down. They do a poor job of communicating with customers prior to your arrival. Now personally when I do this business, I like to make sure everything is absolutely Crystal Clear.
