Only leaving a 1-star because I can't leave a negative star. Absolutely the worst product and customer service. I have spent well over 100 hours trying to fix and keep our freezer running. Even though it's under warranty, they have only sent someone out one time when the drain line was leaking. If they respond to me now, they tell me the same thing to do, which I have already done when I contact them. DO NOT BUY!
I’ve since changed our review due to customer service. Our freezer has acted up since we got it. No one contacts us when we call them. They send no one out to fix it or take a look. There should be something set up with a local place to come and help when things go wrong since their main hub is far away. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) If I could give 0 stars, I would. Be very careful when purchasing from this company. Before the sale, they will call, text, and follow up constantly to make sure you buy from them. Unfortunately, once they have your money, the level of customer service changes completely. We purchased from them and later had an issue that required warranty assistance. i purchased a walk - in cooler and received it in January 2026, but the cooling motor has never been delivered, so i found a local company to provide one and have not been able to recover the $6793.00 from All Pro and am not getting any response from AR
They are FRAUDULENT!! I ordered a cooler paid 30k and after weeks of waiting, broken promises, they delivered only the walls. The refrigeration equipment NEVER showed up, and we are waiting for a refund as they have refused to respond. DO NOT USE EVER! HORRIBLE COMPANY. JOSH, your the owner, respond to why we are not getting any response or refund?
