We, All Pro Coolers, hired this contractor for work in Mansfield OH. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet expectations. We experienced issues. We gave opportunities to address the concerns, but the problems were not resolved satisfactorily. Based on our experience, we would not hire this contractor again. Man, I really didn't want to come here and write this review but I also hate chasing my own money. Ended up being called the week before christmas with them begging my company to do an install 8 hours away because they had another crew of 4 walk away from the job. They sent me the worst 'cad' drawing known in existence. Haggle me down from 7500 to 5808. Sent my guy out there on the weekend and with the help of one of their guys (which we said we'd pay his day pay) had it done by Sunday. Sent them an invoice and the pictures ... read more
