It is very bad company, They give you something is not working, when you call them to fix it .they are lying to you. They will tell you, The problem will be fixed and nothing happen.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. We bought a new unit from them July of 2024. No problems for first 3 months but when problems started, UNDER WARRANTY service calls have been impossible. I am speaking to the supposed president of the company. Dozens, literally, of service calls have been scheduled over the past year plus and no one shows up and no one calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Only leaving a 1-star because I can't leave a negative star. Absolutely the worst product and customer service. I have spent well over 100 hours trying to fix and keep our freezer running. Even though it's under warranty, they have only sent someone out one time when the drain line was leaking. If they respond to me now, they tell me the same thing to do, which I have already done when I contact them. DO NOT BUY!
