Horrible work!! Roof leaks now have Black and White Mold in Attic!!!!
We were a sub on one of APCS government jobs, Josh Potts told me over the phone he was paying a change order, so I went ahead and paid our subs for the work. When it came time to pay, his wife chose to not honor her husbands words and decided to not pay, leaving me stuck with a $4000 bill that her husband agreed to pay.
