I used them about a month ago. 4 Bedrooms, hallway, stairs, and living room took him only 45 minutes. Terrible job and spots he didn't even touch. Called and left a couple messages and e-mailed but according to the reviews the owner never gets back to people and doesn't stand behind their work. Terrible job and I could've done it better myself with a rented machine from Wal-Mart.

The restorative service with rotovac scrub was amazing. Carpets look like new!

Would not recommend. Owner would not be willing to come back out and clean area that was not treated as I had requested in the initial call I placed to him. I am still willing to work with All Pro and give another chance. but unfortunately he said he was not willing to come back out and treat and go over with cleaning equipment again. I will stick with Stanley Steamer in the future. They guarantee their work and do not talk over the customer. I had no problems with Zach the technician.
