The chimney "inspection" was looking at it from the ground and giving me a lowball quote. Once the work started, the real problems surfaced and the price went up. I should have trusted my gut on this one.
We had terrible time getting our wood stove repaired, and I was shocked at how difficult All Pro Chimney was to work with (now Costello). Our baffle plate had warped and the pipes on the top of our Quadrafire stove would no longer stay in place. Our first appointment happened in March 2025 and a technician came to assess our stove. We had to wait until May for the part to be installed. Our technician returned and it turned out that he had not identified the problem completely and had to order additional parts. Kevin from All Pro Chimney totally saved us when our furnace exhaust pipe disconnected and preventing us from using our heat when the temp was in the teens. He came same day of our call and was courteous, efficient and effective. I'm enjoying the heat now coming through the vents! Thanks Kevin! 👍
