So I'm letting my hair grow, for the past year and a half now! Went in for a clean up, and Jacob decides to cut off huge portions of hair on one side of my head because he can't tell the difference between footlong and 1" hairs. Had to drive back for him to "fix" it, meaning he had to cut more long hair off the other side of my head try and make a match.. Don't ask them to only take a little off the beard and thin it out cause otherwise it will be butchered then explained how I need to tell them what I want I've been getting my beard cut for 10 years now absolutely not happy with this after I explained directly what I wanted
Always take good care of me been going to them 8yrs no complaints
