Our installers Jesus & Darcy were excellent! They came out to fix a water heater and replaced it. HOWEVER. The prior guys say I had a leak in our main water line which was not the case. Darcy and Jesus worked on it until they found the real issue - a hairline leak on the flexible intake pipe. It was the main problem! They were excellent! My feelings for those who came out first to assess. Not so much. They said I needed a new water softener and more and identified other issues that weee not the case. But I'm glad ... read more
