Zach was so great. He discovered the problem with my washer and quickly fixed it. Turned out my dryer wasn’t getting power so I had to Call an electrician but he will return at no additional charge if that doesn’t completely fix the problem. Friendly, professional, very comfortable to be around. I will gladly call again whenever I have something that needs to be fixed.
Zach performed service on my 10-year old front load LG washing maching to fix a water leak that appeared from underneath the appliance. He first re-seated, and then replaced the seal around the door, as it was the most common cause, and least costly. Ultimately, there was apparently more than one leak, and Zach returned to replace supply line valves, crediting me for previous visits. Zach was great. He was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you, All Pro, for your good service.
