For those of us that are old enough to remember Kris Kringle in Miracle on 34th St. I found Kris' grand son, his name is Jim! I have spent hours trying to find the parts I needed for my Gas Range. Jim did not have it,, however, he stopped what he was doing and gave me suggestions on where to go. When a company looks out for the customers needs and not how to make a quick buck,, that is the company I am loyal too. All Pro Appliance will have all my business moving forward.
