Very satisfied with service. Serviceman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice person and would not hesitate to call him again.
After reaching out to service our leaking dishwasher, Russ promptly reached back out to take the details of our issue. We spent some time back and forth and he actually made a suggestion that ended up working without us needing a visit! We will definitely keep him in mind for any appliance repair in the future. I continue to call Russ who is the only guy in the company for over 10+ years because he gets the job done! He is honest, reliable, and easy to communicate with. He always charges for the repair AFTER it is completed and at a good price. I called these other places the one and only time he wasn't available the same day and they charge three times the price! So I waited for Russ and he came through the next day. He takes care of my grandmother as well and she is very pleased with his services. Highly recommend!
