I had a great experience working with Russ this week. My refrigerator went out on me overnight. While in the rush of trying to figure what’s wrong, and moving food to try and save what I could, I found Russ’ contact. He responded that very night when I got home from work and realized what had happened. He was able to come the very next day before I had to go in to the office and helped figure out what the problem most likely was. Fraudsters! They get you to pay for a service call. Then the guy comes and tells you what you know already and that you'll need to reschedule him to come back out to do any work when he's available which isn't for at least another week. And his quote to do the work is astronomically high but that's OK because he's really just interested in collecting the service fee and has no desire to do actual manual labor. Scam more than likely!
I can’t say enough great things about All Pro Appliance & Repair and the owner, Russ! I had an issue with one of my appliances, and Russ went above and beyond to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone. So kind and helpful. Very professional and easy to communicate with. My dryer was fixed with his directions over the phone. I will definitely call him for any other repairs.
I wish I could rate this place lower. They are a service provider for Pivital Home Solutions Freddie downright lied and said he came out and deemed our cooktop non repairable but never came out or talked to us and said he did. Be careful these other reviews must be his friends. Unbelievable that he would lie!
