I hired this company to do a turn key remodel and repairs on my house at ******* ****** *** The scope of the work was large in excess of $65,000 and included repainting of interior, all new lighting, remodel of the kitchen, upgrade of water heater, replacement of 3 garage doors and add openers to 2 of them and other repairs, etc. After the main portion of the job was completed (the painting and remodel) the contractor was paid except for a 5% hold back.
