Our dryer suddenly flashed a heating code error and was hot to the touch. After a bit of sleuthing, we thought it was due to a clogged dryer vent. We called Austin Air Duct Cleaning on Saturday evening, and a technician (who picked up immediately) was at our house the next morning. 30 minutes later, we have a clean dryer vent and are back to drying our clothes, heating-code-error-free! Very friendly and smooth service!
I would recommend them highly. We will happily use All Pro Air Duct again!
Dan was friendly and did a nice job. My only complaint is when the vents are being cleaned make sure all other vents are closed except the one Dan is working on then close it. Each and every room has so much dust and dirt I need to wipe each and every item in the room, asked me in December. Yes the filter was dirty and was changed two days later that was to be expected. I am glad I had the vents cleaned.

The guys from All Pro Air Duct Cleaning Services came out today to clean our dryer vent which exits to the exterior of our house. Not only did they go above and beyond to make sure our dryer was safe and operating properly, they were professional, personable workmen.
