I called them with such a weird unique issue. I had a hex rod that needed to be bent. Victor had no hesitation to take a look at it and was able to hammer the rod straight!!! Everyone there was so friendly and amazing people. Victor saved me from losing my mind on trying to get this rod straight! Thank you for everything!!
Be careful when buying material from this company. They use the word (secondary) as defective material. They got me really good. Spend over $3,000 with them and sold me junk. Now they are saying they got two different prices and can’t fix or refund me my money back.
It was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in El Paso. Customer service staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They have the best prices and products with super fast turnaround time. Also, unlike some other places in El Paso, All Precision metals sells the products directly to customers, no matter how big or small of a project you have. Best place for all your sheet metal needs.
