STAY AWAY!!! They “misplaced” my mom’s $15,000 diamond ring when she took it in to get sized. They kept putting her off, said it wasn’t ready, (yes, they had eventually admitted they “misplaced” it). When she finally did get it back, it still didn’t fit and she had to leave it there yet again, she had enough the 4th time when she went back for it and it still doesn’t fit. The band was about 1/2” wide and now it’s down to an 1/8” of an inch, the band is now super thin. If you value your rings, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM!
Took my wife’s wedding ring to get repaired. They did an amazing job. Terry had lots of great knowledge and was very helpful and honest. I would highly recommend using him again.
Took some jewelry I had to 2 other spots and was almost charged $200+ for appraisals and some links I needed taken out of my watch. Took it here instead and only paid $23. Honest people who run this shop. 5/5.
