William was so helpful. He took time to explain the difference between NBN and satellite installation despite it potentially meaning I wouldn't need his service. Appreciated how clearly he explained things and how much time he gave to do so. He wasn't pushy and acted like a helpful friend rather than a pushy salesman. Just the type of service I look for.
