Worked approximately 5 weeks with the company on a TI in Ontario Ca. They lacked proper manpower and leadership for multiple jobs. The foreman was unable to order necessary materials because of funding. Nothing above the min. Requirements. I used personal material and Journeyman level tools because they were not provided. Often necessary to complete work scope. I received my First check After I quit.
