So very grateful to Justin for help with exchange of old mower and trimmer,and purchasing new ones. Absolutely top of the line customer service. Very thorough in explaining how new machines work, and even took the time to put them together, when he delivered them. Very prompt to reply when I have questions. Huge relief to have someone as knowledgeable about his industry as he is.He also sharpened old shears and clippers, they are now sharper than they have ever been. Terrible repair place took my pressure washer in took over a month everytime we asked how long never told us. When finally it was looked at they said they cleaned carb and charged over 200 and stopped working after using a couple of times. Husband took it apart and carb wasn't cleaned was so dirty. Plus no customer service when we called to see how long. Don't think they looked at it at all!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE rips people off.
I went to All Power Equipment with an unknown problem with my lawn more they took the time to do a quick assessment, advised me of a few options. I now have a working lawnmower, it was repaired in a timely manner . I highly recommend this company.
Been bringing my welder and tools here for years. Great service and turn around time.
