Excellent service - Friendly, knowledgeable and professional we have used All Pools and Spas ever since we first had a Hot Tub many years ago and having replaced our hot tub recently would not go elsewhere.
After following lots of advice from another hot tub retailer on an issue I was having with my water quality, I went into All pools and Spas @ Shepton Mallet. The water was constantly going cloudy and despite a cocktail of chemicals I had been advised to use by other companies, I was unable to regain the clarity I wanted. We are so pleased with this Company they explained every thing needed for the electrics and the slab to put the Jacuzzi on and the staff that fitted it explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend them.
