I phoned this afternoon looking for a specific yarn. Morgan was absolutely delightful and assisted me in finding a comparable yarn as he no longer carries the yarn I phoned requesting. He assisted me patiently, providing me a goodly amount of choices that fit my needs after I explained what I am crocheting.
