They ignored my calls & never called me back. Once I called for the 4th time they brushed me off & said they’re too busy to do the work. Very unprofessional,
Picked up All Points 4 years ago and haven’t looked back. These guys especially their service techs are top notch and work really well the customers! I left another security company in Aston after a horrible experience and All Point had stepped up to the plate big time!
Love working with Hank and his son. Professional and personable. They'll treat your business as an individual and get you exactly (and only) what you need. No Nickle and dime stuff. Extremely responsive, too. You know you're working with caring people not just call centers.
It's rare to find a installation company that provides this level of service. Great company!
