My experience at APN changed my life. The staff go above and beyond to support you and connect with you. I felt hopeless upon arriving and left with a feeling of hope. They taught me that recovery is a process. They gave me the knowledge so I can utilize so many tools and resources. Caution Advised – Lack of Transparency and Poor Coordination I attended the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at the Texas location, which is operated by a corporate organization based in Colorado. Unfortunately, my experience revealed significant issues with transparency, communication, and overall program management. I can’t speak to the care provided, but the admissions staff member I spoke with was rude, talked over me, and refused to provide an alternate contact who could answer my question (that he couldn’t answer). I work in the field of addiction care and was shocked with the lack of care coordination efforts. I would not recommend this place.
