I am changing this review, AGAIN. I spoke with the owner of this company to get our fireplace up and running. [updated] Initially an uncomfortable situation. Turns out the conversation was meaningless. Lot's of promises, but they never followed through on the fix. SO I'm back to warning people about this company.
My wife & I visited the showroom in Mukilteo. We got excellent service from Ron Dugas and ended up purchasing an electric fireplace. The whole experience was great, and we are loving our new fireplace!
Had a new gas fireplace installed to replace an old one. All Points did a great job.
