Terrible. We've been waiting six months for them to complete insurance claim work. Ive called dozens of times without a return call. I even begged Joe to call me...nothing. They won't even return calls from State Farm. STAY AWAY.

First time going through a home insurance claim after a tree fell on my house. All Points was recommended as the general contractor and I was happy with all parts of the process. They replaced my siding, roof, fence and awnings that all were damaged by the tree. They always took time to answer my questions, address any concerns, and I've been satisfied with the work completed.

Really unfortunate experience that ended up wasting so much of our time. The worst part was the terrible communication on the part of the office manager and the project manager, along with their refusal to accept any responsibility for what took place.
