Just had All Points Chimney out to replace the chase pan on our chimney. We are very pleased with the entire experience - from scheduling the estimate, having the crew out to measure, and to the installation. Everything was done very professionally, and everyone we worked with was very friendly and courteous. They also gave us some good advice on using our gas fireplace. We recommend All Points Chimney highly and without hesitation.

I requested service from them 2 weeks ago on (fireplace was leaking gas). The lady who answered the phone was nice and accommodating as they were booked with appointments. My appointment was from 1-5pm on 10/31. They arrived early 12:30pm. Nathan and his father were polite and professional. They explained everything in detail where someone who isn't knowledgeable could understand. They inspected my fireplace thoroughly and also everything in the walls.
