I would have given it ZERO if they would let me. Similar situation, scheduled at 10am, no call til 11.30am and wanting to reschedule to 2 pm. He told me that we misunderstood him, he said between 10-12. ok. that was resonable reason. 2pm came by and went, no one shown up, called me at 2.30 saying that he was 20 minutes away. Then called again at 3pm saying that he was a few minutes away. He FINALLY shown up at 3.30! He came in and went back to his van to eat his sanwiches! I hired All point and all work was done very well and on time, I reccomend them. The owner has good knowledge of chimneys, the workers are kind and polite. The work was finished well in the time span they projected. The yard was spotless when they left from rebuilding my chimney. I was impressed. They gave a warrenty also. Good company ! They are 30 years in business so I can trust they will be around for a while, thats important

We had a similar experience. Called and scheduled the first time, did not show up on time. We called and rescheduled; they were late, did not call to inform us of delay. When we called, were treated very disrespectful, were called names. Cannot recommend this business at all.

I contacted 6 other contractors prior to the referral with All Pointe Chimney. They all would not listen to what I WANTED. The gentleman at All Pointe Chimney not only listened to me, they added some extra work outside for "FREE". I know it needed to be done. But, in this day and age, you dont see this done anymore. As to the work done inside, I pretty much needed a complete redo, my mantle looks so fabulous now, everyone loves it. My chimney never worked better, Im sure my heating bill will now show enormous savings. I cant... read more

I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK CONCERNING A FIREPLACE PLUG. WHEN HE RETURNED MY PHONE CALL- HE WAS VERY RUDE.. CALLED ME NAMES, HE WAS CURSING LIKE A SAILOR. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND A PERSON LIKE THIS. HOW AWFUL TO BE TALKED TO THAT WAY.

My experience with All Point was similar to the previous reviewers. After All Point missed a scheduled appointment, I informed them that their services would no longer be needed. The owner then called me back on my home phone cursing and personally insulting me. I see that I am not the only person to have had such an experience with this contractor, which is why I take the time to write. Any business that engages in these practices can only do substandard work. Avoid All Point at all costs.
