I highly do NOT recommend it. I called the standard phone number and was told I called the wrong person (I called the phone number on my closing information worksheet).... She proceeded to transfer me to the right person, my call was disconnected right away... I called back and was greeted by the same person, when I was explaining what happened she was interruptive and irritated with me.
