This store has always had the worst customer service..I used to shop at this store because it was so conveniently located and decided to stop in today to get a few things and met with rudeness when I asked.. I knew it was a red flag when I saw the door wide open with no cars in the parking lot on a Saturday.. I don’t see how this store is still in business.. I should’ve went to Empire Beauty Supply store instead..
They have everything I need lol love this store
They do have a pretty extensive selection of hair. But I really think this place just screams so many different stereotypes. It's kind of intimidating to even be inside. Items that are already prepackaged and sealed come with extensive amounts of tape around them making it difficult to access them after a purchase or later destroying the containers that they come in.
