Tom explained very well how things work, 100% customer service.
Got a PTR valve from Tom & he was very helpful. Got the wrong one, called to change it and he was happy to change it for me. Not only that, I was trying to get another valve in addition to what I got. He explained to me how to fix the issues I was having without trying to sell me just anything- which means I don't really need the second one. Really appreciated this, quality sales & quality guy!
