I'm genuinely shocked how this person is in business. I gave him every chance, called emailed, offered extra payment for something he was supposed to do, and he still didn't come. Left my old water heater in the basement full of water, too heavy to move. Now I have to pay an extra 100$ for another plumber to bring a pump to empty it. Absolutely shocked, this business is 10 min away from my house...

Do not consider this contractor as a serious one. He will promise you but never accomplish the job. Donald took the money, 3 months trying to get him to do his job. Thought the job is not cheap, he never finished it. Never ever pay in advance a single dollar! And he doesn’t pick up phone calls. He promised to come but then for weeks answer.

Donald took the money for installation of the Heat Pump system, we paid a lot, all he did bought a unit but the installation job was never finished, it took 3 months, thermostats are not installed and we spent $700 a week for a propane, the guy didn’t show up. Trying to call him, never answered or lying that he will come and disappear. Very curious who are these positive reviews coming from?
