My furnace needed to be replaced and I couldn’t be more happy with the work provided, the owner of the company was in constant contact with me to in regards to the process and where things stood and his lead technician Victor worked tirelessly to make sure we got our heat working as soon as possible. Great customer service and great work provided.
Unfortunately had to call Carl on a Sunday for no heat. From the first call, they were on it! They came right over, diagnosed and sadly ended up needing a new furnace. Carl and everyone on his crew were excellent. They were respectful, clean and communicated every aspect of the job. I had mentioned to Carl about some up coming work and to get a better idea of what i was talking about he came right over personally. Victor did an exceptional job installing my new furnace. One piece of the installation was new to him and he handled it like the seasoned professional that he is! Amazing knowledge and skill and perseverance. Amazing competence! He also answered questions that I had politely and from many years of experience so nice.
