I was discriminated against by the receptionist because my English is not fluent. They refused to help me; they ignored me and denied me the dermatology appointment I had scheduled for May 12th at 10:30 a.m. They even hung up on me more than once. I finally managed to get an appointment, but when it was time for my consultation and I requested translation services, they refused to assist me.
