Cannot say enough positive things about All Phases!! Tom called back immediately when I reached out to him for our roof inspection after the hail storm. He was prompt, kind and full of information. He literally walked me thru the process of dealing with the insurance company and the issues I had with them. And he kept tru to his promise of being sure we had a new roof by Thanksgiving!!! He communicates well and often. I never felt out of the loop with him. I would highly recommend him for future projects!!
I highly recommend All Phases Construction and Roofing. After the tornado in March, our brand new house was left needing some siding repair and a new roof. Tom worked tirelessly with our insurance company, jumping through all their hoops when they initially didn’t want to cover a new roof. Tom handled everything, including our frantic phone calls, and walked us through every step of the way. Truly the best customer service!
