From appraisal to completion Joe was very communicative and informative also letting us know we would need a state permit due to the road we live on, the other 3 companies we got appraisals from never mentioned it and when asked they did not have answers. Joe’s entire crew was very professional, polite, and worked as an amazing team joking/laughing throughout the entire 2 1/2 day process. We could not be more happy with the final results Joe’s company, All Phase Paving, has produced on our uphill twisting driveway.

I am very particular and want the highest quality in labor and materials. Joe at All Phase was referred to me from a friend. He was a pleasure to work with. The work was done on time and on budget. All workers were professional and they did a really nice job.

Great new driveway, and the experience was fast, accurate, and precise. They weren't the 'cheapest' but they are the most affordable: you pay the guys that look like they do this every day, on the big machines, and that's exactly how it went. (All Phase did however have the most competitive bid out of the people that have the reputation to accomplish this with no risks).
