This man Melvin from this company All Phase paving just showed up one day, and no one had called or contacted them. He asked to do the repairs needed to the driveway and when he left the driveway was only half done. It took 3 weeks of calling back to get the guy Melvin to come back to finish the job and he really botched the job this time he put tar tape and a glazed shiny asphalt sealant down and the driveway looks bad! Avoid this company at all costs. We had our driveway completely redone this past July. At first, it looked great from a distance but once we started walking and driving on it, we noticed thin, wavy horizontal cracks going all through the center of the driveway. It also seemed extremely soft as our car tires sunk in and left big indentations. My husband has been emailing them about these issues all summer, and they did end up fixing the indentations. Joe and his team are incredible. I called All Phase Paving for an estimate and Joe literally came within a couple of hours. He had what he needed to measure my driveway and gave me on site estimates for various ideas while at my house. The estimates were as reasonable as one could hope for. Joe gave me a written detailed quote that was easy to understand. I gave a small deposit that night and less than 2 weeks later he had an opening in his schedule!
