December 04 1320. I entered the storefront to see if I could buy two spare parts for a broken furnace. Not only yes, but the front office manager and the owner personally looked for parts that would work. This is much more than expected and I’ll be attaching the card to my in-laws door. Great business and personable owner. Thank you!
Good communication and stellar work from Rich, Kevin, and Van to turn on my furnace and restart the gas heat. Extremely fast response time to come fix the problem. Highly recommend.
In March 2011, the inspector had to call them back to remedy the install of the furnace exhaust venting since their work didn't pass inspection. Here we are in 2024, and our ceiling is showing signs of water damage in our dining room. We had a general contractor look at it, and they possibly used the wrong pipe so there has been condensation throughout the years which has slowly deteriorated these areas away in the attic, now causing the ceiling to show signs of water damage.
