I would leave zero stars if possible. I have never been so angry with a company in my life. Our air conditioner broke last week and we were told by one company we needed to replace the whole system, with a week and a half lead time. We called Gary here to see if he had another suggestion. He told us he could replace the outside unit only if he could find the correct model, or the whole system the following Wednesday if not. During the recent heatwave my AC needed repair. Another company came out and tried to take advantage of the situation. They claimed I needed a new system and quoted $10,000. A friend recommended Gary. He is excellent! Responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. He is honest and personable, too. He recharged the refrigerant and the system works again. Highly recommend!

Gary saved the day many times with our a/c unit. We’ve used him twice and both times expected to be told we needed a new unit. That was not the case. A few inexpensive parts and our a/c was back running like new. Highly recommend All Phase. Gary is also quick to reply to calls or messages. Does not keep customers waiting.
