I called All Phase and in less than 24 hours Gary came out to the house. He is informative and took the time to explain how everything works, easing my concerns about the sound I was hearing. If I ever have an issue down the line I know who to call!

I would leave zero stars if possible. I have never been so angry with a company in my life. Our air conditioner broke last week and we were told by one company we needed to replace the whole system, with a week and a half lead time. We called Gary here to see if he had another suggestion. He told us he could replace the outside unit only if he could find the correct model, or the whole system the following Wednesday if not.
