I engaged Mark to correct a carpentry problem in my external HVAC furnace room. He completed that with great results. Then we agreed to him replacing my HVAC unit since it was on its deathbed. The price was very fair and over a period of several days he worked like a demon to remove my old unit and furnace and put in a new one. He also did a little repair work inside the room because he thought it was best for me and the overall job. He was totally focused on his job and worked long hours and very hard in 109-degree temps. I had an issue with a leaking water heater that had totally ruined the floor. Mark responded right away, and even figured out a way to avoid the same problem happening in the future. I'm very happy with his work.
