All Phase Electric Service

I am a customer of your company, for about 2 years. I recently was at a local watering hole and I overheard some of your technicians . I believe that you had a Jack recently leave you. He was telling another technician of yours, that he can get him in his company if he is willing to relocate. He appeared to be a sharp young man who I believe, has serviced my business. This Jack was saying that he can get this other man at least 50% more an hour, than he is making. I would want someone to tell me if I had some employees who I could be losing. There were a few guys there.This Jack was saying that if you are not family you will never get a bone. Anyway when you are a service business you are only as good as your people.I do not want to get involved but maybe there is something you can do to prevent loosing more people. Good Luck. I had All Phase Electric out to my house for generator service and installation of a outlet. They were polite and clean. The charge was a little less than expected.
