Five stars! Chris did an excellent job with the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to fully explain the turn on and turn off process, along with the regular startup procedures. He made everything easy to understand and ensured I was comfortable operating the system before leaving. Great service and highly recommend.

JT was our service technician and definitely deserves a 5 star rating. He performed the annual maintenance on our Generac and also helped us set up the App on my IPhone in order to monitor this generator when we are out of town. His knowledge of the system and patience with two senior citizens was very impressive. Allphase Electric is fortunate to have him as an employee!

We have an annual maintenance agreement with AllPhase Electric which is primarily used for biannual preventative care for our generator. (It also covers reduced rates for all other electrical work). There are available when needed, communicate well and show up on time. Today Chris Daegling was our tech and was incredibly helpful. Gave me tips on running the generator and we went through a test cycle to insure all was good in the event of a power outage.
