My generator wasn’t working during the latest power outage. The team answered my call at 10pm, made an appointment to be at my house the next morning, and then called me back later that night on their own to walk me through a potential fix I could do that solved the problem. You don’t get much better service than that.

They have been first rate and have stood by their product and workmanship beyond what any consumer might reasonable expect. Their installation of our Generac generator went incredibly well and was noted by the town inspectors as one of the finest installations they have certified.
