Called to see about getting an estimate. The "lady" that answered the phone was VERY abrupt & kept calling me "dear".. I am not your Dear nor your Honey, pretty condescending honestly. She was mumbling something when I asked to repeat & asked her a question about whether there was a charge for an estimate she audibly made the tsssk sound and then proceeded to hang up on me,wth? Horrible first impression.Clearly this person could benefit from watching some customer service tutorials on YouTube. My business is going elsewhere.
Had an issue with or electric/ and with some payment issues per landlord but huge shout out to Chrissy for working with us and sending out her worker Ryan. It's amazing to have such good hearted people
Honest and affordable and did a great job!!
Fantastic! Came out the same day and changed the exhaust fan and dealt with bird nesting material so the fan would work efficiently. I think his name was Ryan-Friendly, explained things, and left the room clean. Highly recommend!
All Phase replaced my electrical panel and exterior service cable. They coordinated with NYSEG and an inspector in advance, and showed up on time on the install day. Everything was completed before I came home from work, and there were no issues after the installation.
