I read a review stating "questionable front end staff". This is far from the truth. There is not one staff member in this building that isn't exceptional. And Doc is just fantastic. I can build a house to code with my eyes shut but any type of medical makes no sense to me. But, the doc dumbs it down for me ever single time so i understand. I no longer live in Grinnell and both times my pups who like to get ahold of what they shouldn’t were in need of a vet who was capable and caring I relied on Cornish’s office where vets near me were unable. Very appreciative of the team and for Cornish he truly helps animal owners with the pets they love
They have a wonderful staff. Very caring. We took our Iguana to have surgery because she was full of eggs and could not pass them. Due to unfortunate circumstances our baby passed away of no fault theirs. They did everything in their power for her. We will be forever grateful for them trying so hard to save her. We will be taking our other Iguana to them for all of his checkups and anything else he needs. Thank you all so much for everything you did for Aztec. Added to this post. We originally started sending our dogs here when we lived in the Sully area. Was worth the drive to see Dr. Cornish and his amazing staff. Continued sending them there after living in Monroe, IA for a few years. No one else compared. Been living in South Dakota now for the last couple years and my wife and I are disappointed there is no place like all pets here. Definitely miss Dr. Cornish and his crew.
This is by far the best vet I’ve ever had for my pets. Last week our dog had to have an emergency surgery to save her life Dr. Cornish and his team did an outstanding job saving her, she is now doing great and getting back to herself. I can’t thank them enough for saving our girl.
