Very attentive and the follow-up from vets for our two dogs has always been very appreciated. Lovely vets in the practice. Such a relief knowing support is available at all hours just around the corner from home
A million out of five stars for the staff at All Pets, particularly Dr. Hilton & Dr. Jamaya. Both doctors have gone above and beyond for our Burmese cat, providing clear, concise communication at all times and excellent bed manner. Our cat grew particularly fond of Dr. Hilton (as did we) and we couldn't be more thankful for his efforts and care. In the words of Molly Meldrum 'do yourself a favour' and book into All Pets Veterinary Hospital, Millner, you won't be disappointed.
Really disappointed. My little dog was mauled around the corner from this vet. I walked in with her in my arms, and I appreciate they saw me at short notice. But the treatment was to staple up her injuries. Two days later she was so sick I took her to my normal vet, and they asked why the Rapid Creek vet hadn't done an ultrasound for internal injuries or put drains on the wounds. They had to remove the staples, debride the injury and start again. Extra pain, trauma and expense at a time when neither of us needed it.
I’ve been taking my fur daughter here (yes I’m one of those dog mums) for years and have always had consistently amazing care. Recently, we had a scare after being collected from her normal boarding kennel. Scare is an understatement, I thought she was dying in my arms. I rung All Pets and spoke to Chelsea. She was so kind and reassuring and let me bring her in even though they had a schedule. She could hear the panic in my voice and acted quickly and probably is what saved Joey’s life.
