I have been a client of All Pets for over 30 years. After Dr. Moore retired, my dogs have been most privileged to be patients of Dr. Caylor. He is an excellent veterinarian, and the care and treatment he has given them over the years is stellar. It is obvious he loves what he does. I have been to All pets several times since their grand opening. I have had both good and bad experiences with them but keep going back because of location, the doctors and amenities. To keep this short let's just say the front office-including management & techs are plain awful. They are rude, put false things in the charts, make many mistakes, try to up-sell,& guilt pet parents into making extra appts. They treat paying customers as if they are a bother. We moved to the area recently. We could not be happier with the service we have received. The love of animals is apparent the moment you walk into the door. Dr. Aycock is helping us with through a very difficult time with our dog. Suzie Charmatz, our groomer, has gone above and beyond to help. We are blessed.
All Pets - My Vet for Over 16 Years – I have been bringing my dogs to All Pets since before they moved to their current facility, starting with Dr. Moore. I've always had fantastic treatment from the front office to the tech to the vets. Drs Evans and Caylor saw my first dog through peritonitis to a stroke which he survived for over a year. GREAT DR'S, TERRIBLE FRONT OFFICE STAFF – AFTER VISITING ALL PETS FOR 12 YEARS DR. EVANS AND BEANY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I HAVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE FRONT OFFICE GIRLS AND HOSPITAL "DIRECTOR".
