If I could give less than one star, I would. I’ve been an off-and-on customer of All Pets for years and have even referred others in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last. The caring staff that once made this place great seem to be gone — replaced by a cold, impersonal atmosphere. I brought my 8-week-old puppy in for what I believed was a UTI. Heartbreakingly non-compassionate front desk staff that will make the pain of losing your best friend worse. Go somewhere that actually cares.
We've been using All Pets for about 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Knowledge, friendly, caring staff, no Rosales. I take my service dog and cats and have no complaints
