The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice clinic with a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The doctor was knowledgeable about reptiles and expressed true care for my bearded dragon during her first checkup. Highly recommend!
Dr Hanlon is a great avian vet. She has taken great care of our winged family members over the years
UPDATE (03/19/26): To respond to All Pets' reply - you might want to check in with your staff before trying to spin the story to make yourselves look better. Here is a picture of the email I received from you on 03/03/26 a week before the appointment where you clearly say to not send over the records because you had already been in contact with our vet. Staff is always warm and welcoming! Doctors are super transparent with pricing and make sure you feel comfortable with paying for services your pet may need. My dog loves coming here! Kai thanks you 😇
Honestly, overall not very pleased with this vet and may look into switching to something more affordable and consistent. First, my dog had a hot spot they looked at and gave meds for which cleared it up quickly but he 'needed to be seen for a follow up in two weeks'. I work in the medical field and do the same, but when we schedule followups they are FREE because it's for the same issue and it's just a quick check to make sure the issue is resolved or improving.
