We had our precious girl Soda Pop cremated today, choosing the Private/Witness Cremation service. Jeff was professional and empathetic, and allowed us to take all the time we needed. He made us feel like our pet and us mattered to him. We're extremely grateful for his compassionate service.

I tried to take my pet to another Cremation facility near me and they were closed. The owner of All Pets answered the phone after business hours and met me at their facility in half an hour. They are no longer on Horne, the have a really nice facility on Main St. And Higley. The owner was very nice and made me feel confident everything would be handled professionally. Thank you so much for all you do.

Worst Experience EVER! I would gave given NO stars but that wasn't an option...The person that took my dog in for cremation "LJ" was in a hurry, expressed no condolences, no "sorry for your loss" ... and he was very abrupt with me. I have seen more concern from my dry cleaner when I drop off my bedspread. I was told her remains would be ready in 3-4 days..."they were very busy". I called and left a message on day five. Didanexcellentjob My dog Scout suddenly passed away on Wed Dec 14, 2011 at the age of 8. All Pets did a wonderful job in receiving my beloved dog and returned his ashes in a quick fashion. They had the most reasonable fees and handled it with care! Thank you all!!

Compassionate, priced right and very professional At a moments notice, we had to put our family sheltie of 10 years down. From the moment I called these folks to the moment we left our Mackenzie with them to be cremated, we felt like family. This place knows what they do and they do it well. They are not overpriced and they genuinely care about the pet and the pet's family. I highly recommend them to anyone who sadly needs these services. Barb Stanley June 2007
