All Pets does an amazing job with Oliver & Kitty. They are never stressed after the appointment no matter what had to be done. We are always shown kindness when are there or over the phone
The entire visit process is smooth, and the staff is making the best of the situation. They are friendly, compassionate, and take the time to talk to everyone and answer questions and concerns. And, they clearly love our pets.
Dr. Cook and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Cook gave us expert advice regarding our old poodle's teeth which is saving us thousands of dollars! Dr. Cook is also kind and patient and takes his time with explaining. We feel so fortunate to have him as our veterinarian! Dr. Cook's honesty and integrity.
I absolutely love this clinic. The staff is exceptional. I am worse than a helicopter mom when it comes to my baby. The staff is very understanding and compassionate. And they put up with me. Most importantly they take care of my baby like she is their own. I tell everyone I know, which are all pet parents, they should take their babies to All Pets. Taking care of my baby and not pushing things on me. Everyone is so kind.
Great experience with everyone. Reception, vet and tech. Not rushed.
