Extremely Disappointed If I could give zero stars, I would. My baby passed away this morning after we were turned away by this clinic on Saturday. He was a younger male cat experiencing bladder and urinary issues. When I called Saturday, I was told they could not see him because of a ride complication. When I finally found a way to get him there, I was told that even if we showed up, they would not see him and that we would have to take him to Lubbock instead.
