I have been dealing with Amber from Pet Stop and I want to share my experience. I have been using this system for many years. This is our second set of shihtzu dogs to be contained by the fence. I noticed that both receivers stopped working last week. Amber was very prompt in her response and very helpful. After trying new batteries and various other attempts to get it working, it was determined that the receivers had outlived their time and needed to be replaced.
