I have been dealing with Amber from Pet Stop and I want to share my experience. I have been using this system for many years. This is our second set of shihtzu dogs to be contained by the fence. I noticed that both receivers stopped working last week. Amber was very prompt in her response and very helpful. After trying new batteries and various other attempts to get it working, it was determined that the receivers had outlived their time and needed to be replaced. Really great customer service. Love that I can interact via text and they are always quick to reply and support. Very friendly and helpful! Dogs have been doing amazing with their training and over following years and the fence has given them a broad range of freedom.
Petstop has been such a game changer for our family! Our dog used to get out constantly and take forever to get back. Now he stays right in the yard while my kids are out playing! He walks around the front and back with us without escaping and it has also helped to stop the digging at the fence line! We are all much happier and our dog is much safer! Tim and Jillian were excellent trainers and worked with our dog until he was solid on being comfortable in the whole yard. Thank you Petstop!
We had Pet Stop do the initial underground fence install and training for our three dogs 5 years ago. As time went on we lost two of our dogs to health issues and old age and had adopted two new dogs into our family. Pet Stop was fast to respond to our email and calls and they sent Julian out to train our new dogs. When we needed adjustments to the collars setting they were fast to help us over the phone.
