BIGGEST ISSUE: They do NOT have a clue what they are doing!!! It took 15 min for flea meds and they CHARGED us for it. (Only refund they gave.) They rip you off! We paid for flea medicine we could not pick up and THEY REFUSE TO GIVE IT OR REIMBURSE US!!!! $82 a MONTH for their plan”!!! Way, way way overpriced—esp when you can’t even get an appointment!!! Fantastic vet across the board. I have been meaning to leave a review for awhile. They go above and beyond for the customer and keep a very clean space. I take all of my labradors here.
