Poor attitude from staff. Always understaffed. Never has appointments available ay the time or days you need. After years of going, service and quality has down hill. Look elsewhere.
I have went there 11 years, I always felt my pets were well cared for till today. I waited for Dr Rixford to call me all afternoon. That was after dealing with office staff who were not very well trained and paying 60 more for simparica than just 3 months ago. I don't know what has happened lately but my pets care was given NO regard today....Very sad..and they still do not care about my dog? I waited for a call all afternoon they have lost all customer service. Guess I need a new vet who cares about my animals. Its sad over... read more
