Walter phoned ahead that he was on his way. He arrived early & called to let me know that he was at my door. I found his overall appearance to be professionally refreshing. After putting shoe covers over his work boots & to keep my home free of outside dirt, he worked uninterrupted. Walter took care to close doors that he had opened & put chairs back in their place. In short, Walter exemplified positive professionalism.
