Called Friday to get assistance with a wasp nest removal. Made an appointment for the following Tuesday (their earliest available) and nobody showed up in the 4 hour window they gave us. Called them back and they pointed me to Aptive who has no record of the appointment - It appears All Pest Control is a broker type service? I can only assume the request never went through. I could barely understand the person on the other end of the phone.

This place wouldn't come out unless we signed up for an annual service plan.

Thank you, Yelpers! This service has been as wonderful as the reviews led me to believe...quickly returning phone calls; prompt appearance for appointments; professional, knowledgeable and courteous service; and best of all, taking care of my bug problem, including an ant problem outside that I didn't even know I had!
